The products I've built from scratch.

My method.

I stay close to users.

I run user calls, shadow support, sit in on sales demos, and read every feedback email.

I check the data myself.

I write the SQL, build the dashboards, and pick what to ship based on what actually moves the business.

I bring the whole team along.

I create momentum by keeping eng, design, sales, support and leadership close to the work, from start to finish.

I write code when it's needed.

I use Claude Code to prototype, fix bugs, and lend a hand to engineers.

I handle the go-to-market.

I write the landing page, work the pricing, plan the launch. Shipping the feature is only half the job.

I sweat the details.

Nice to meet you 👋

Since 2019, I've worked as a Product Manager in scale-ups: on the B2C side at iGraal (10M+ users), on the B2B side at Shipup (clients A.P.C, Maisons du Monde, Cheerz).

End of 2024, I left my full-time job to launch Flipper, a voice AI that pre-qualifies candidates in recruiters' place. I write the code myself, sign the first clients one by one, hit €20K MRR without raising a euro.

Along the way, I get my hands dirty with a lot of things I'd only brushed before: sales, marketing, pricing, customer support.

After that adventure, I use this business + product + tech profile to help companies unblock their big initiatives, or launch new ones, fast and well.
